Understand what’s required of you prior to purchase and before delivery day:

Freight Carriers require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. If you authorize the Freight company to leave your order without signature, grillparts.com can not be held responsible for damages, loss, theft, or missing items.

Your Phone Number and Delivery Address is absolutely critical for the delivery of your grill. The Freight company will call to set up your delivery window using the number you use during order Check-Out. It’s crucial for you to enter the best phone number to reach you at when you place your order with us.

Correct Delivery Address: If grill is shipped and returned because of an incorrect address, you’ll be responsible for shipping both ways.

CRITICAL INSPECTION: prior to signing your deliver receipt– Inspect for damaged or missing items. Note these on the signature documents provided by the delivery driver. If any items are missing or damaged, contact us immediately at 850-622-9146.

When will your new grill arrive? Your Broilmaster or Primo grill is processed immediately and leaves the warehouse within 24 hours when placed on a business day. Your grill, depending on your shipping address will arrive within 1-9 days. Grillparts.com ships via Freight Line/Carrier and you will be notified via email/text when your product leaves the warehouse and a general timeline of when you can expect to receive it.

Grills are shipped via a Freight Line and delivered on a pallet. Grills are large boxed items (36in. X 36in. Minimum) and in excess of 100lbs. and deliver your shipment to an accessible location closest to your residence. The shipment is dropped off “at the curb”; meaning, you’re responsible for transporting it to its intended location.
